After conducting a general examination of the patient's oral health and smile, it was found that her teeth were severely worn and abraded , with bridges placed over older teeth, chipped porcelain, and a clear misalignment of the bite planes between the upper and lower arches. In addition, the patient had an old implant in the molar area, with the tooth's size reduced due to previous wear.
